Emina Višnić is cultural manager working in Zagreb involved in various activities and fields (networking, cultural policy and advocacy, non-profit management) focused on local, national, regional (former Yugoslavia) and European issues. She currently works as a director of Zagreb Center for Independent Culture and Youth (recently established institution based on public-civil partnership and participatory model of decision-making). She is member of the Managing Board of Clubture Network and of Executive Committee of Culture Action Europe.
