Milan Vračar studied management in culture and media. He graduated on a theme of international theatre festivals. He is an independent cultural producer and also a president of Association kulturanova. He was involved in many international projects and is also collaborating on many most important events in Novi Sad and Serbia (EXIT festival, Sterijino pozorje, INFANT, etc.) He was also producing and coordinating many innovative art initiatives (such as FACE festival) and was participating on many international conferences, workshops and summer school (most important is Amsterdam Maastricht Summer University).
