The European Commission’s EuropeAid agency has launched a call of proposals for strengthening capacities in the cultural sector, divided into two funding strands: on the one hand, “Investing in People” aims to favour, through North-South and South-South projects, cooperation for international development. On the other hand, the Eastern Partnership Culture Programme, in the context of the European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument, is aimed at cooperation activities with Eastern Europe and former Soviet republics. The deadline for the submission of Concept Notes in this call is 19 November 2010.
