Cultural management workshop for young cultural operators based in the Euro-Mediterranean region, leading or willing to lead their own project on their territory. The MELOPEE #7 workshop is focusing on the development of audiences and of cultural policies in the Mediterranean.
Melopee is a programme aiming at offering a contribution to the activity of cultural operators from the Mediterranean through training initiatives and meetings with colleagues from their region. This programme has been developed by AMUNI together with l’ECHANGEUR, a centre for artistic production in France, in partnership with different international organisations.
Practical information
Place: L’échangeur, Fère en Tardenois (Picardie region, not far from Paris)
Dates: 11th (arrival) -17th (departure) October 2010
Selection: The participants are selected on project and CV by a selection committee including trainers and professionals involved in cultural life in the Euro- Mediterranean region.
Financial conditions: Registration fees: 60 €. The training fees, lodging, food and local transport are at the organisers’ expenses. Only the international trips are at the participants’ expenses.
NB: Several funds and other organisations may provide some support to cover the costs of the participants’ trips. Please contact us for more information.

Send your CV, your motivation to take part in the workshop, and the description of your project (One file, MAX 3 PAGES, including CV, project and motivation letter) in French or English to:

Publication of the results: around 31st August 2010. The registration is effective only after receiving a confirmation from the candidates within 10 days.
