Manja Ristić (1979), BA Belgrade Music Academy – instrument violin; PGDip Royal College of Music London – Solo/Ensemble Recitalist. As a solo and chamber musician performed in concert venues throughout the UK, France, Austria, Holland, Denmark, Belgium, Germany, Slovenia, Italy, Hungary, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia. In 2004 founder of the Association of Multimedia Artists AUROPOLIS. Apart from being a professional violin player she is a multimedia as well as interdisciplinary artist (exhibiting and performing both in Serbia and abroad), then, a cultural worker (‘Auropolis’ association project manager, NOFM web radio project manager, Supernova publishing house founder, A Soul for Europe E.E.I.G. Strategy group member); educator, radio host, contemporary music producer and a published poet. Author of 119 Web Streaming Poetry – world anthology and web portal in 45+ languages. Programme adviser at the Cultural Institution “Parobrod”. Works and lives in Belgrade.
