Organised by Cultideias, a Portuguese institution that operates in the field of culture and cooperation, the Alcultur meetings provide a platform of contacts and formal and informal relationships between projects, people and culture-related organizations: researchers, social scientists, public administration, cultural agents, creators, artists… This year's edition will take place in Zaragoza, Spain, from 19 to 22 May. The central theme will be “Cultural cross-border development: territorial mobility and cooperation networks”. Eduard Miralles, the chair of the board of Interarts, will take part.
