What opportunities and challenges will design managers be faced with next year? The annual Design Management Institute (DMI) Conference from April 21 – 22, 2010 will address this question.
The Boston-based DMI is a non-profit organization and has been offering conferences, seminars, member events and publications since 1975. It aims to increase people’s awareness that design is a key component of good business strategies. With its activities, the Institute brings together creative professionals from all design fields, businesspeople, academic institutions, and private and state companies.
Last year the conference was held in Milan. In 2010, it will take place in London’s West End. The event will be headed by Oliver King (co-founder of the consulting firm Engine Service Design) and Clive Grinyer (Head of Customer Experience, Cisco Internet Business Solutions Group).
