Celebrating sexual minorities
From the 21st to the 28th of June 2009 lesbians, gays, bisexuals, transgender and transsexuals celebrated the 17th Pride Week in Istanbul. This year, many events focused on the lack of legal protection for members of the LGBT community, especially when it comes to hate crimes.
