The following review is based on my personal notes and selection from the speeches made in Perspective 4 meeting, on April 26, 2011 and it is not the decoding of the texts and discussions made during the event.
My personal selection is based on the idea that four different experts in the contemporary cultural arena who also have taken parts in the Istanbul 2010 ECOC process can illustrate different perspectives, experiences and points of view.
