The over 900 participants who made their way to Flagey during 28-30 September enjoyed three fully booked days with presentations of past and ongoing projects (funded by Culture 2000 and the Culture Programme 2007-2013, the shiny award ceremony of the newly established EU Prize for Literature which honoured European literary excellence, and they helped take stock of progress in implementing the European Agenda for Culture during the European Culture Forum.
